New Represented Artist: Luca Benites

It is with great pleasure that Dan Galeria announces the representation of Luca Benites.

Luca Benites was born in Brasília, Brazil in 1981.

He lives in Barcelona and works between Europe, Latin America and the United States. Artist and architect, he started painting in 1998 with the renowned Uruguayan painter Ignacio Iturria in Montevideo.

He holds a master’s degree in architecture from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (2012) and a master’s in Fine Arts from the Universidad de Barcelona (2013).

In 2002 he began to produce and research sculptures and paintings with concrete. In 2009, he decided to permanently move to Europe with the aim of continuing his career as an artist.
